Our Clients effect their insurances in order to protect themselves efficiently against the risks endangering the profitable operation of their companies, and to devolve their risks economically to the insurance companies taking the risks.
Our primary task is to become familiar with the Client’s company (after having gained its trust), its operation, potential problems, and raise the attention of our Client to the potential risks he may face. The same applies to the future plans regarding the Client’s company: developments, transformations, investments, or even new business lines, where preventive consultancy, risk assessment, and a review of the insurable or non-insurable risks can significantly influence even the business plans.
Insurance contracts are not omniscient. We frankly, bluntly and instantly inform the Client also about the fact if there is no opportunity in the insurance market to take the risk he is planning to insure. Of course we have to do our best to take the risk, but it might also arise that a given risk can only be insured at a high price - in such a case it shall be the right and duty of the Client to decide at what price he would like to achieve his goal of risk reduction.
Our task is to elevate the Client from the position of a forced decision-making to an optimal decision-making position.
As a result of our decision-shaping work our Client is familiar with the operational risks, the ones devolved to the insurance company, as well as those not-insured, i.e. remaining risks he needs to live together with - however, being familiar with all these also means that our Client can prepare for tackling such risks.
At the insurance market there are continuously new insurance companies appearing with new services and products; but even in the case of the same products significant differences can be found between the offers of the various companies as far as the price and the contents are concerned. It is pretty difficult to choose from these - without solid professional background -; it is enough to think about the small type parts of the terms and conditions section. This is where our agency is ready to provide help as an advisor.
Beyond the above mentioned we are also ready to undertake to reveal the risks of our Client arising from his contractual engagements, compare them with the coverages provided by the existing insurance system, and, if necessary, to call his attention to the necessary amendments, modifications. Such services of ours are utilized by our Clients especially in the planning, bidding or pre-tendering phases of project agreements. Of course we use the appropriate type of NDA; the assessment of contracts can also be performed without having been informed about the names or the amounts involved.
