Execution and Realization of Agreements

When preparing the contracts we try to do our best so that the established insurance construction meets all arising demands of our client, and that the indicative offers and - after the approval thereof - the insurance contracts and coverage certificates are produced in the least possible time. Our office regularly contracts the contact persons of both our Client, as well as those of the insurance companies; we monitor the modified insurance bonds, the surcharge or credit invoices, and we proceed for correction if deviations are noticed.


We conform and integrate to the operating systems of our Clients

It is a basic philosophy of ours that we have to conform both to the Client and the insurance company. Our liaison role cannot be confined to brokering contracts; we have to play an active role that eases the work of both parties, in order to achieve the efficient operation of the contracts.

We indicate our functional solutions tried and tested elsewhere with other clients among our recommendations, but we do not force them to our Clients; we rather develop the most appropriate ones mutually with and for our Clients, while keeping in mind fast-paced and focused communication, the least possible administrative burdens on the Client’s side, accommodating to the previously established operational-administrative practice of the Client.

The already tried and tested systems - accepted by the Client - remain to be applied even if the previously used insurance company has been replaced in the meantime, thus helping the new insurance partner in their adaptation; this way the Client does not have to work with fundamentally new systems. We manage the proposals or modification demands of our Client in a flexible way, thus we are able to modify our already established co-operation practice even during the year.

Another basic element of our operation is that the Client should not feel anything of the possible difficulties we might be facing - there is no such insurance company where no smaller or bigger problems arise; however, these can and must be tackled in a way that the Client does not even hear about them. It has a great importance in connection with the framework agreements of vehicle fleets, international shipments, or financed assets.
